• Use of social skills to engage people in surveys used to gauge ridership and customer satisfaction for system-wide survey data collection.
• Timeliness and navigational abilities - having to be at various locations at strict times to catch particular train runs all over Chicagoland area.
• Survey work from Elburn, West Chicago, Waukegan & North Chicago, Evanston, The Loop, Northern and Northwestern Chicago at various hours.
• Flexibility and other logistical demands - picking up teammates and survey materials, rescheduling, etc.
